The Real Estate Broker Pre-License class consists of 75 hours (60-hour Broker Pre-License Topics-513001986 and 15-hour Broker
Pre-License Interactive-513001606) of required real estate education covering topics
such as; real estate concepts, math, brokerage services, real property contracts,
the Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000, financing considerations, property management,
far housing, and updated TILA/RESPA information. Students who complete the 75 hours
of pre-license education are then able to sit for the Illinois Broker state and national
licensing exams.
Instructor Todd Burghardt has attained National Recognition as an Accredited Buyer
Representative (ABR) and received his e-Pro Internet Professional Certification through
continuing education classes with the National Association of REALTORS®.
Todd is also a Graduate of the REALTOR®, Institute and holds the distinguished GRI
designation; has completed extensive classes on Relocation Procedures earning his
Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) and Certified Agent Relocation Specialist
(CAAS) designations. Todd teaches both pre-license and continuing education and is
a nationally recognized Certified Instructor for REALTORS Property Resource.
