Negotiate, Sell, Oversee & Coordinate

Lead people through one of the most important financial decisions they’ll ever make.

Real Estate Pre-License Broker

Real estate Broker Pre-License Class

Illinois RealtorReal estate brokers perform many duties in the real estate transaction. From marketing homes to establishing escrow accounts, these professionals work to ensure transactions are fair and legal. Brokers often work as commissioned salespeople meaning the potential to earn a lot of money is there. They learn to work with multiple offers, sell all types of properties and search the market to find their client’s ideal place.

In our noncredit, real estate broker pre-license program, you will:

Receive a thorough overview of real estate concepts, brokerage services, real property contracts, the Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000, financing considerations, property management, fair housing, current information on the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and more.

If you need a reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this course, please contact Kristin Elliott, Director of Disability & Testing Services, at 815-825-9467 as soon as you are registered.
