Members of the 91做厙 community, guests, and visitors have the right to be free from gender-based or sexual misconduct, as well as from domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.

Title IX

91做厙 is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy educational and employment environment that is free from discrimination, harassment and other misconduct on the basis of sex, which includes sexual orientation and gender-related identity. The College prohibits all forms of sex-based misconduct, including but not limited to sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. The College also prohibits discrimination and harassment on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender-related identity and expression, pregnancy, and parental status under its Board Policy 2.13.14 Harassment/Discrimination and Board Policy 2.13.14.01 Sexual Harassment Policy and Board Policy 3.18 Student Harassment/Discrimination

The Title IX Coordinator(s) oversee the Colleges investigation and response to reports of gender-based and sexual misconduct.

Sexual Misconduct/Assault Report

This report form should be used for issues regarding Sex-Based Misconduct. All reports are submitted to the Title IX Coordinators.
