Illinois High School Diploma

Illinois High School Diploma (IHSD) classes get you career and college ready. These free pre-college classes will help you pass the IHSD exams, such as the GED®. Passing the IHSD exams can help you get a new job, a promotion, or even qualify for job training. An IHSD is the first step in pursuing a certificate or degree at a college. Earning your IHSD can be an important step in building self-esteem and a sense of pride and accomplishment. 

Spring 2025 Registration Schedule

Classes start on Monday, Jan. 13, or Tuesday, Jan. 14. Registration for any 91°µÍø College Adult Education class (Illinois High School Diploma, English as a Second Language, etc.) can be completed at any location. Please allow three and a half hours for registration and assessment testing. Students in Fall 2024 classes do not need to re-register.
